Development of the LAPS payday Loan Management System (LMS) began in 2008 and was launched in the second half of 2009. Unlike most other LMS providers in the U.K., LAPS was designed exclusively with the on line payday lending market in mind and without compromise. LAPS offers a comprehensive payday technology solution from lead acquisition and decisioning through to a task driven work flow, fully automated collections engine and management reporting. Although generally considered to be the market leader, we continue to develop enhancements so that our clients can be confident of remaining ahead of the technology game. LAPS is used by customers in the United States, the U.K. and Australia, and we are always handling implementation and enquiries from U.S. lenders aiming to enter both additional territories. The LAPS product is offered in addition to optional call centre and project management resources available by negotiation. Our offices are located within the landmark IBM headquarters building at North harbour, Portsmouth, England.
The Nostrum Group is a specialist Business Process Outsource operation which focuses exclusively on the instalment lending sector providing a full range of services from underwriting and customer validation, through customer services and accounting to debt collection. Based in Harrogate the business has over 40 call centre staff supporting a number of internet and retail lenders.
Sola Software is a UK based technology company servicing the financial services sector. Sola currently offer a number of application processing and loan management solutions specifically targeted at the short term lending and payday lending markets. Sola Software's products are fully integrated with Lend Protect and allow enterprise level access to the UK's payday lending and short term loan markets. All of Sola's products can be deployed extremely quickly giving the lenders that use them an extremely short time to market.
